Procedures for Processing of E-ON Application for Overseas Partners:

1. Business Partner can access Unionbank Cyber Account Opening Form and Authorization Letters through our website, www.projectmib.com.ph
2. Download and print a copy of the form and authorization letters. |

3. Fill-up required information and sign on the client's signature and specimen signature portion.
4. Attach the following documents to the form:
(a) Photocopy of passport
(b) Photocopy of valid ID with picture and signature
5. Send accomplished forms and documents to:
MILLIONAIRES IN BUSINESS, INC.. Level 1 Food Court Boulevard Robinsons Galleria Mail
EDSA corner Ortigas Ave.,Quezon City
6. Application will not be processed without signed Authorization to Debit Commission attached. Only partners with existing commission amounting to P450.00 or more will be processed.
7. The following charges will be deducted from Partner's Commission:
Eon Card Visa Electron fee Php350.00 Handling Fee Php100.00 TOTAL Php450.00
8. EON card will be mailed directly to the Philippine address indicated in the Business Application Form.
9. Partner must activate their EON card by providing their Business Unit number and complete name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name) to our MiB Customer Service through:
a. Calling our Call Center number at 687-5961 to 65 loc. 113, 115 and 116
b. Text info to 0920-907-0647
10. Crediting of commission to E-on account will take effect on the next commission date after approval and verification from Unionbank.
11. Bank charges will be for the account of the business partner.
