1. Proceed to any Unionbank branch nearest you.
2. Look for their New Accounts Representative.
3. Inform representative what type of E-ON account you would like to open.

4. Present and submit two (2) valid ID's.
5. Fill-up an E-ON account enrollment form.
6. You will be issued an E-ON card and Account Number.
7. Give your account number, business unit number, and Complete name
(First Name , Middle Name, Last Name) to our MiB Customer Service thru:
a. Calling our call center number at 687-5961 to 65 loc 113, 115 and 116
b. Text info to 0920-907-0647
c. Visiting our MiB Customer Service office at level 1 Food Court Boulevard, Robinsons Galleria Mall.
8. Crediting of Commissions to your E-on account will take effect on the next commission date after approval and verification from Unionbank. Processing time will take at least one week.
9. Banking charges will be at the account of the business partner.
